In my office, you have permission to abandon the hustle of life and move slowly, intentionally, and in ways that feel good for you. If sitting in a chair feels stifling, we can take our session outdoors in a walk therapy session. And no need to get all dressed up for our sessions, they aren’t interviews. You can come into session just as you are, after a workout, before work, in sweatpants—there is no requirement for how you have to be. I just want you to be comfy.

Take your shoes off, make a cup of tea, and let’s dive in. Sometimes “doing the work” just means laughing, breathing, and feeling safe and at ease—and that’s exactly what I strive to create for you in each of our sessions. 

I help my clients calm their nervous systems and create self awareness through somatic body awareness, EMDR, and mindfulness modalities.

The individuals and couples I work with tend to have anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD symptoms, complex trauma, or chronic pain. When I’m not working my dream job, I am hiking in the hill country, reading something easy, going to a show, or listening to records.
