Insurance Coverage

We are out-of-network providers, which means that to receive insurance reimbursement we can supply you with everything you need to send to your insurance company. Every company and plan is different so checking with your insurance provider about your mental health out-of-network benefits prior to beginning our programs or counseling will help you know exactly what your options are. We do have a lot of clients who successfully use their FSA cards to pay for services as well. Check out The No Surprises Act Good Faith Estimate & Consent Disclaimer for Health Care Goods and Services to learn more about how billing will work.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This depends on the type of services you’re looking to start. For individuals, couples and families meeting 1-1 with a clinician or coach, your initial phase will be about building a strong foundation of understanding and trust. Session frequency and duration depends on the desired outcome and your clinician or coaches recommendations. In general, our team believes for the process to be successful, the relationship with your therapist or coach is top priority. Without a trusting and supportive baseline, it just won’t be worth your time and investment. That being said, we see our role as partnering with you in the process and fulfilling a role similar to a guide in the wilderness, no path is the same and challenges arise that we meet together with an expert lens on the terrain ahead.

  • Yes, we’re passionate about finances not being a barrier to receiving the support you’re looking for. For this reason, we do have training clinicians that are highly skilled and accruing the hours necessary to receive their full license with the state of Texas, which means, we are able to offer different fee options.

If the fees still feel above your comfort level, the other option is joining one of our groups for a significant rate difference. These groups offer so much more than meeting 1-1 because they provide the opportunity to hear from others in similar situations. This helps disrupt the looping beliefs that “it’s just me,” and allows for members to hear themselves in what others say.

In addition, if you’re experiencing economic hardship due to COVID 19, we have a form you can request that we use to help determine reduced rates for a pre-determined amount of time.
