As the co-founder of The Flourishing Way, my passion is helping individuals and families create lasting change in their lives. With over 17 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting young women and families as they work to build healthier relationships and navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and emotional strength.

In my role as clinical director, I guide our practice’s mission to offer transformative therapy services, including EMDR Intensive Therapy. As a trained EMDR therapist, I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress through a focused, accelerated therapeutic process. My EMDR intensives are designed to fit the needs of those looking for significant breakthroughs in a condensed period, making it ideal for those who want to move forward faster.

In a world where external pressures often cloud our ability to connect with our true selves, I provide the tools to help my clients cut through the noise and regain clarity. My approach emphasizes patience, consistency, and compassionate support, allowing you to safely explore your inner world while making tangible progress toward your goals.

Outside of my work, I thrive on personal challenges like completing marathons and yoga practices that remind me of the importance of endurance and resilience. When I’m not helping clients or staying active, I enjoy spending time with my family—my baby girl, husband, and our basset hound, who always keeps things lively at home.

I believe that each person is capable of incredible growth and that, through therapy, we can uncover the inner strength needed to navigate life’s ups and downs.
