Are you a passionate child and teen therapist ready to make a difference in the lives of kids and families? The Flourishing Way is expanding—and we’re looking for a confident, skilled, and eager clinician to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

We’re seeking a licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a strong foundation in working with children, adolescents, and their parents. Ideal candidates are either a Registered Play Therapist or a Registered Play Therapist in Training, with additional training in trauma-informed care for children and teens. A passion for the mind-body connection and an integrative, whole-person approach is a major plus.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work afternoons/evenings 3–4 days a week or on weekends

  • A warm, confident, and engaging presence with children, teens, and parents

  • Experience supporting complex family dynamics and developmental challenges

  • Competence in offering psychoeducation and tools to support parenting

  • Trauma-informed, play-based, and somatic approaches welcomed

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to grow within a thriving private practice

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
